A thorough cleaning to ensure your new home is clean & move-in ready, or you get your deposit back! Doors & door frames (cleaned) Floors (vacuumed and mopped) Inside and outside oven (cleaned) *optional* Stove top and drip pans (cleaned) Inside refrigerator and freezer (cleaned) Light fixtures (cleaned) Light switch plates cleaned) Moldings, trim, door frames, railings (cleaned) Walls are spot cleaned unless otherwise instructed. (Whole wall washing optional) Air vent covers (cleaned) Appliances (exteriors wiped down) Baseboards (hand-washed) Bathrooms (hard water & buildup removed) Blinds (cleaned) Built-in cabinets & drawers (cleaned inside & out) Carpets (vacuumed) Ceiling fans (cleaned) Counters (cleaned) Closet shelving wiped down.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit, which will vary based on the services and hours needed. This is just a quote, and the amount may be adjusted at the time of confirmation based on photos, property details, and property condition. Please note that we do clean human or animal biohazards, such as feces, urine, vomit, and blood. We require a minimum of 48 hours' cancellation notice. If you do not contact us within the 48 hours before your cleaning, some, if not all, of your deposit will not be refunded. If you are a no-show on the day of services, or our techs are unable to enter the property and we leave after 15 minutes of waiting, you will forfeit your deposit as well. We will always call you if we are unable to access the property before leaving. All of our work is guaranteed, and if, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the cleaning services, we will return to your property to make it right. We do not offer refunds.
