Service Description
Move Out dust up - A Less Extensive Move Out Cleaning: Dust off closet shelves, dust the insides of built-in cabinets, dust or wash baseboards, and window sills/lock ledges. Clean the bathrooms, removing hard water marks and soap buildup. Clean the exterior of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors. Vacuum and mop floors.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit, which will vary based on the services and hours needed. This is just a quote, and the amount may be adjusted at the time of confirmation based on photos, property details, and property condition. Please note that we do clean human or animal biohazards, such as feces, urine, vomit, and blood. We require a minimum of 48 hours' cancellation notice. If you do not contact us within the 48 hours before your cleaning, some, if not all, of your deposit will not be refunded. If you are a no-show on the day of services, or our techs are unable to enter the property and we leave after 15 minutes of waiting, you will forfeit your deposit as well. We will always call you if we are unable to access the property before leaving. All of our work is guaranteed, and if, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the cleaning services, we will return to your property to make it right. We do not offer refunds.
